SOS Children’s Villages non-governmental social development organization during 60 years has been working to meet the needs and protect the interests and rights of children. Children without parental care and children at risk of loosing the care of their parents are the focus of our work. SOS Children’s Villages and Youth Facilities are now home to over 65 000 children and adolescents on all continents. Hundreds of thousands of people benefit from our educational, social medical and emergency relief programs. SOS Children’s Villages give children in troubles the family, help them to build an independent life, assist to the development of common society. 

The aim of SOS Children’s Village:

We build families for children in need and we help them shape their own futures. • We give children the opportunity to build lasting relationships within a family, we enable them to live according to their own culture and religion, and we help them to      recognize and express their individual abilities, interests and talents. • We ensure that children receive the education and skills training they need to be successful and contributing members of society.
